This time, for our fantastic Business Partner (fast growing company operating globally and offering software solution for customer engagement strategies) we are recruiting for the position of:
QA Manual Test Engineer (Junior or Mid-level) – Remotely 100% or Wroclaw, PL
Intro:
We’re looking for someone who wants to start or continue their journey in software testing. Whether you’re just beginning or already have some commercial experience — we’d love to hear from you. What matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and clear communication skills.
You’ll become part of a collaborative QA team in an international product company, where English is the main working language. You’ll get hands-on experience testing desktop, web, and API-based applications, and have a chance to work with people from across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of system and web applications
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory test scenarios
- Test APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger
- Report bugs clearly and constructively
- Create and maintain test documentation and test cases
- Collaborate with developers, other testers, and support teams
- Use SQL (MS SQL) on a basic level for verification tasks
Key Requirements:
- MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Core Requirements):

Very good English skills (written and spoken) — B2+ level or higher

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Basic understanding of how web apps and APIs work

Ability to work collaboratively and ask the right questions

Willingness to learn new tools and processes

A natural interest in how things work (and why they sometimes don’t)
- Preferred B2B contract with a self-employed person registered within the European Union
- NICE-TO-HAVE / Growth areas (You don’t need these yet — we’ll help you learn):
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, or DevTools
- Completed testing course or ISTQB Foundation Level certification
- Previous experience in manual testing
- Interest in automation testing as a future direction
- Ability to write clear, simple user or technical documentation
Education and Certification:
- University degree in the field useful for this position
After employment:
- Full-time, long-term cooperation
- Salary: up to approx. PLN 110 – 160k + VAT per year (B2B). Higher rate possible for candidates with more experience or strong skills.
- B2B contract is preferred, but full-employment is also an option.
- 100% remote work available, with an option to work from the office in Wrocław (Old Town)
