Commercial Manager (fresh fruits & vegetables) – India, Delhi
Our client is founding a trade company in India, Delhi. The company will be focused on building a sales structure for fresh fruits and vegetables imported from Central Europe.
We are looking for someone who has enterprenual attitude and knows how to build and develop such business in India. The company will be located in Delhi.
Good candidate should speak English, Polish and Hindi. The chosen person will become a business partner with shares.
Key goals:
- Establishment and management of a commercial company in India
- Acquiring customers for fruits and vegetables exported from Central Europe
- Building a sales network in India
- Close cooperation with a mother company in Poland
Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):
- Entrepreneurship, big ambitions, motivation to succeed, effectiveness in business
- High managerial skills, knowledge about business management, especially in the international environment
- Knowledge about building commercial network in India, in the whole country with focus on Delhi area
- Perfect organization of own work and work management of colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that work well both in Europe and in India
- Knowledge about cultural differences (India, Poland, Europe)
- Good orientation about the economic situation in India, good knowledge of the country
- Honesty, no criminal record
- Very good English, Polish & Hindi
Good to have:
Experience in managing the commercial process in a company operating both in Poland and India, and especially exporting products (preferably agricultural produce) from Europe to India.
After employment:
- Initially employment under a contract of employment, but ultimately a contract for the person managing the company in India
- One-month or longer training in Poland (Warsaw area), and then a permanent contract in India
- Becoming a business partner with company shares
- Big amount of trust and independence
- Participation to profits
