This time, for our fantastic Business Partner (an international software company developing own SaaS products available globally) we are recruiting for the position of:
SENIOR RECRUITER (IT)
Intro:
You will be one of key players in a department (6 people) responsible for internal recruitment in a company with approximately 1,000 employees on 3 continents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our product goals and industry trends.
- Identify and engage top talents through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and tech events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Lead structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring candidates align with both technical requirements and our company culture.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Leverage analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve the quality of hires.
Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):
Knowledge and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior role, ideally within the tech or IT product industry.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong capability to use data and analytics to inform and refine recruitment strategies.
- Great verbal and written communication (in English)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with international hiring practices and managing recruitment across different geographies.
- Established network within the tech industry, particularly with engineering, product management, and marketing professionals.
- A track record of using creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Education and Certification:
- University degree in the field related to the role
After employment:
- Full-time & long-term contract
- Salary: up to approx. 150.000 PLN + VAT per year (B2B contract). Final salary depends on your experience, skill set, and fit for the role.
- Full employment is possible too.
- 50-60% remote work. Office in Wroclaw.
