Technical Support Specialist with English C1+ (SaaS platform) – Remotely 100% or Wroclaw, Poland

Intro:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join a product-focused SaaS company working on a globally used platform. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving real-world problems in collaboration with developers and other teams.

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join one of our long-term clients — a product-focused and engineering-minded SaaS company building a powerful and flexible web platform used by clients across the globe. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and product development.

We’re seeking someone who is curious, resourceful, and communicative — someone who quickly adapts to new tools, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys helping others succeed by making technology work smoothly.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Can communicate clearly and work well in a collaborative team.
  • Is comfortable working with web-based platforms and eager to learn how complex systems behave.
  • Can analyze problems, spot patterns, and think critically under time pressure.
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and with empathy — both in writing and during live conversations.
  • Likes to collaborate with developers, product owners, and clients to get to the heart of technical issues.
  • Is proactive, self-organized, and takes pride in getting things done — even when the answer isn’t obvious.

Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Very good command of English (C1 or higher) — both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy — especially in writing.
  • Curiosity and willingness to understand how software works “under the hood.”
  • Confidence in learning new systems and navigating unfamiliar tools.
  • Basic understanding of how web-based platforms function (e.g., what is a browser-based app, how settings/configurations work).
  • Comfort using a computer and the internet in a professional, task-oriented way.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused when solving problems under time pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have (but not required):
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Any experience in software support, QA, customer service, or web development
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira or any web platform admin panels
  • German language skills
 

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelors degree or higher

After employment:

  • Full-time and long-term cooperation
  • Salary: up to approx. 9.000 PLN gross / month (employment contract) or equivalent net on B2B: up to approx. 11.000 PLN plus VAT / month. Final offer depends on your experience, skill set, and fit for the role
  • B2B contract is slightly preferred, but UoP is also possible
  • 100% remote work is possible, but we prefer candidates based near Wrocław who are open to occasional team meetups
  • Direct contract with a company registered in Poland (no outsourcing)

  • Flexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance. Possible working hours are 8-16 and 14-22, but can be other depending on your preference.
