We are currently supporting an international consulting organization that delivers complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects for global FMCG businesses. As their delivery practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading international implementation projects, working closely with enterprise customers and delivering measurable business value.
This is not a product development role.

About the project
You will lead international implementation projects involving enterprise SaaS solutions used by global consumer goods companies.
Working alongside Functional Leads, Integration Specialists and customer stakeholders, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and successfully delivering implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
The projects involve international delivery teams and close cooperation with senior business and IT stakeholders across multiple countries.

Your responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Own project scope, timelines, governance and delivery planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including business, functional, technical and integration specialists.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees and executive reporting.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate project planning, mobilisation and implementation activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution delivery and customer expectations.
- Support change control, scope management and delivery governance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and project standards.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience in enterprise software implementation projects.
- Experience delivering international SaaS or cloud implementation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional implementation teams.
- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Experience working within structured software delivery methodologies.
- Fluent English & Spanish (spoken and written).
- Ability to build trust with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
It would be great if you also have
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
- Commercial Planning solutions
- Enterprise SaaS implementations
- Business transformation programmes
- ERP integration projects
Experience with enterprise delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or similar platforms will also be an advantage.
Project Management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent) are welcome but not essential.
