We are currently supporting an international consulting organisation delivering enterprise SaaS implementation programmes for leading FMCG companies worldwide. As the delivery practice continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Functional Lead who enjoys combining business consulting, solution design and customer collaboration.

About the project
As a Functional Lead, you will become the primary business and functional advisor throughout complex enterprise implementation projects.
Rather than simply gathering requirements, you will help customers understand how their business processes can be improved and translated into scalable software solutions.
You will facilitate workshops, guide solution design, collaborate closely with technical teams and ensure that the delivered solution supports real business objectives.
This role combines consulting, business analysis, solution ownership and stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities
As Functional Lead, you will:
- Lead business workshops with customer stakeholders.
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state business processes together with customers.
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
- Own the functional workstream throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Integration Specialists and customer teams.
- Support testing, validation and go-live preparation.
- Act as the trusted advisor for functional and business process topics.
- Ensure consistency between business objectives, solution design and system configuration.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery standards and reusable implementation assets.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or business consulting.
- Experience leading customer workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Strong business analysis and solution design skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in international project environments.
- Fluent English & Spanish.
It would be great if you also have
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
- Commercial Planning
- Sales Planning
- Demand Planning
- Enterprise SaaS implementations
Experience with enterprise platforms such as:
- Exceedra
- SAP
- Salesforce
- CAS
- Blue Yonder
- o9 Solutions
- Anaplan
or similar business transformation platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools is also welcome.
