This time, for our fantastic Business Partner (an international e-commerce company) we are recruiting for the position of:
CRM Manager (Direct Marketing, e-commerce) – Wrocław
Intro:
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce CRM Manager who will take responsibility for complex and diversified customer relationship and communication management activities and implement solutions that support customer activation, retention, and churn prevention initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the CRM team (3 CRM specialists), including setting relevant goals
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing
- Responsibility for the daily communication of offers to customers via all direct marketing channels (mobile app, email marketing, marketing automation, sms, print mailing, web push and others) from planning to execution and success control (e.g. via A/B testing)
- Analyze customer structure, interpreting critical customer KPIs and converting them into appropriate CRM actions for continuous communication and team development
- working closely with Marketing, Category Management, Customer Service and the graphic design department as well as CRM teams in other European markets (where the group operate)
Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):
Knowledge and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM – preferably in e-commerce with a focus on customer data analysis and segmentation
- Experience in designing, implementing, and executing CRM models
- Experience in customer segmentation and self-managing Marketing Automation campaigns
- 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Emarsys, etc.)
- Excellent organization of own work
- Advanced skills of effective team management
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Great verbal and written communication (in English & Polish)
