This time, for our fantastic Business Partner (fast growing company operating globally and offering software solution for customer engagement strategies) we are recruiting for the position of:
.NET Developer (Junior or Mid-level) – Remotely 100% or Wroclaw, PL
Intro:
You’ll join an experienced, collaborative team that values remote work, clean code, continuous improvement, and open communication. Your role is to help building reliable, scalable software that powers mission-critical systems for customers around the world. This role is dedicated to engineers with 2-4 years of experience. We do not exclude collaboration with more experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- What you’ll do day-to-day
- Write clean, maintainable code in C# (and occasionally VB.NET)
- Refactor & debug existing modules to boost performance and reliability
- Design & document features throughout the SDLC
- Model data and work with relational databases (SQL Server)
- Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, testers and designers
- Review code and contribute to estimates, analysis and solution design
- Integrate RESTful services and other external systems
Key Requirements:
- Must-have skills (Core Requirements):
- C# & .NET (Core or Framework) – 1 + year of professional development
- Team-based development – Git for version control and a ticketing tool (e.g., JIRA)
- Clear written and spoken English – you’ll work in a multinational team
- API development – able to build, test and maintain Web APIs
- Entity Framework (Classic or Core) – basic knowledge
- Testing & debugging – unit tests, logging and error handling fundamentals
- Design patterns – know the common ones and when to use them
- Architecture concepts – basic understanding of DDD and Vertical Slice
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Polish
- Preferred B2B contract with a self-employed person registered within the European Union
- Nice-to-have / Growth areas (You don’t need these yet — we’ll help you learn):
- Asynchronous processing & queues
- .NET UI tech (WPF, Blazor, WinForms)
- Deeper SQL Server knowledge (procedures, constraints, indexing)
- REST API integrations
- Integration tests, E2E tests
- Azure: Functions, App Service, Application Insights, Front Door, Key Vault, resource

- CI/CD & DevOps (Azure DevOps preferred)
- CQRS patterns
Education and Certification:
- University degree in the field of computer science (or several years of commercial experience)

- Salary: up to approx. PLN 270k + VAT per year
