This time, for our Business Partner (an international e-commerce company) we are recruiting for the position of:
PERFORMANCE MARKETING TEAM LEADER (e-commerce) – Poland, Wrocław
We are looking for a person with experience in managing a performance marketing team, who can analyze data from many sources, understands the principles of e-commerce and is able to put his great ideas into practice.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving performance marketing goals within budget limits
- Setting goals and leading a team of 6 specialists from the areas of SEM, SEO, Facebook, Affiliation
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing
- Data analysis, budgeting, setting goals for each channel
- Creation and implementing best practices, constantly finding new, cost-effective ways to conduct performance activities
Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team of several people
- Experience in creating and implementing performance marketing strategies
- Advanced skills in planning the own work and the work of your team
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the field of Internet marketing and best practices, experience in running Google Ads or Facebook Ads campaigns
- Knowledge of tools for analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns
- Skills in optimal distribution of the budget between different marketing channels
- Experience in e-commerce
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills to motivate and integrate the team
- Focus on achieving business goals and keeping good atmosphere in the team
- Critical thinking, treating problems as challenges
- Creativity and innovation
- Usage of MS Office (Excel mainly)
- Ability to easily communicate in (Business) English
- Quick adaptation to the changing environment, market conditions and trends
- Whose passion is performance marketing and can boast of extensive experience in running campaigns. In addition, he/she values work in a close-knit team and a good atmosphere
- With willingness to search for the most optimal ways to use the budget, focus on results and at the same time improve processes to use both time and resources as efficiently as possible
