PHP Backend Developer (e-commerce) – Remotely 100%
Intro:
We are looking for a tallented and versatile PHP Backend Developer, who will work on development of a Product and Content Management System. The ideal candidate is someone who actively looks for optimal solutions and is able to solve problems.
Responsibilities:
- Improvement and expanding a PHP based backend system
- Contributing your own ideas and know-how to the development of a Product and Content Management System
- Co-building a culture of knowledge and experience sharing
- Taking care of the quality of your own code and participation in Code Reviews
- Participation in the full Lean Software Development / Scrumban development process
Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):
Knowledge and Experience:
- Commercial experience with PHP
- Commercial experience with frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel
- Knowledge of MySQL database design and concepts, together with ORM pattern
- Ability to work with git
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Good verbal and written communication (in English & Polish)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Doctrine
- RabbitMQ or similar queueing system
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs
- Positive approach toward CI/CD
- Experience with Golang
- Knowledge of MongDB, Elasticsearch
- Familarity with Docker, Kubernetes
Education and Certification:
- University degree in the field of computer science
