  • Outlining goals and conducting technological researches
  • Communication of technology strategy to stakeholders, management and investors
  • Supervision of new features building based on customer requirements and feedback to extend the use-cases and create new key features in order to follow high level business goals
  • Creating timelines and roadmaps for the development and production roll outs
  • Setting standards and pursuing meeting them on schedule and within budget
  • Staying on top of general technology and construction industry trends including recent developments
  • Creating technical conception for the architecture and technological bigger picture
  • Ensuring that the appropriate risk assessments are made when introducing new operational technology to ensure it is alignment with Organization’s business goals
  • Making sure that technological resources meet the Organization’s needs
  • Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
  • Making executive decisions on behalf of the Organization’s technological stack and requirements
  • Supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Building quality assurance, data protection and general security processes
  • Acting as a mentor and leader in order to make sure people are invested, inspired and motivated to grow
  • Supporting development of soft & hard skills of the entire production team

Expectations (knowledge / experience / skills):

We are looking for a candidate with::

  • People skills
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience in working hands-on in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Great verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences, stakeholders and investors
  • Strong understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Excellent strategic thinking with outstanding leadership and organizational abilities
  • Fast problem-solving attitude
  • Hands-on experience with complex project management and ability to delegate efficiently
  • Passion for programming and startup products
  • Background with architecture concepts (architecture styles, patterns) and knowledge of modern architecture and integration trends
  • Experience with Cloud environments and strong understanding of IaaS, SaaS/PaaS, multi tenancy strategies
  • Expertise in software development practices, including agile and DevOps

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Full Stack development background
  • Previous experience with back-end development (preferably in .NET technologies)
  • In-depth knowledge about MS Azure
  • Expertise in domain driven design techniques
  • Hands-on MS SQL (Azure SQL)

Nice to have:

  • Open to work as a self-employed person (B2B contract)

Education and Certification:

  • University degree in the field of computer science
  • Nice to have: additional education in the field of business administration
